My name is Caroline aka Ptitecao, I'm a French independent graphic designer / illustrator specialised in sport. I'm a huge fan of basketball since my childhood. All of my work in the shop is inspired by my love for this game. All designs are created by myself.
• Do you do commissioned works?
Yes I do commissioned works exclusively for professionals in the sport industry. Please feel free to reach out for any project at [email protected]
I don't take personal request. I hope you understand.
• I want to use your designs with my brand/company. Is it possible?
Thank you very much but I don't licence or sell the usage rights of my designs.
• Can I stock your products in my shop?
If you're interested in stocking my products, please send me informations about your shop (location, pictures, a list of the brands you're currently selling, social links, etc...) and I'll get back to you asap. Please note that I'm an independant illustrator and wholesale in small quantities.
• How do I track my order?
All orders are processed within 3-10 business days of receipt but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, sales, etc...).
You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out. Note that the quality of tracking may differ for some local carriers.
PLEASE NOTE - your government may charge an import tax on products received from outside your country. The import tax (if applicable) is not included in our shipping charge.
As a small shop, each product is produced and manufactured on demand and therefore requires production time. Depending on the items, the production time can be longer or shorter (from 1 to 25 business days)
2020 Holiday Order Deadlines
Place your orders before December 9th for your best chance to get them by December 25!
- FRANCE - 3 to 5 days after shipping
- USA - 3 to 4 days after shipping
- CANADA - 6 to 10 days after shipping
- AUSTRALIA/NEW ZEALAND - 12 to 14 days after shipping
- WORLDWIDE - 12 to 14 days after shipping

While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.
COVID-19 (Order Delays)
You can continue to expect shipping delays worldwide. It's hard to give specific estimates because not all carriers update detailed data. As of now, we've observed that US orders may take up to an additional 5 days on top of the estimated delivery time. For Canada it can take an additional 7 days.
Shipping times within Europe are also longer, but airlines are starting to ease restrictions so that means delivery times may start to gradually improve. Orders may take up several weeks to arrive.
CANCEL / RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND
In case of cancellation, exchange or refund, please contact us promptly by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will provide the return address information once your exchange or refund has been approved.
Please note that :
• You can ask for a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt
• Once your return is approved, you have 30 days to send the items in their original condition
• Returning and reshipping costs will be at your expense
• Please ship your parcel with tracking to prevent any trouble (delivery upon signature is not mandatory, a tracking service is enough)
• Damaged or incomplete items will not be accepted and will be returned to you as we got them, at your expense
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable
